Pricing

Your agents are not the meter

Connect as many as you like, on every plan including the free one. What sets the price is how many people need to sign in, how much customer data you keep, and how much work lands on it.

Start on Scale

Interactions, tasks and history are not records, and neither is anything you have archived, so logging what happened and retiring an old account both leave the count alone. A record is a company, a contact, an opportunity, or a record of an object type you defined.

Every plan starts from the free workspace, and you move up from Settings when you outgrow it. Prices are in USD and billed monthly. Team covers five people and Scale covers twenty-five; when you need more than that, the next plan up is how you get them.

How the meter works

Two numbers, and a plan that does not move when your agent does

Records

Companies, contacts, opportunities, and records of the object types you define yourself. A Candidate counts the same as a company, because it is the same kind of thing to keep. Interactions, tasks and history are not counted, and neither is anything you have archived, so retiring an old account lowers the number.

Changes

One write that landed counts as one change, in the calendar month it happened. Fifty records in a single bulk call is fifty, because each one is a write. A dry run counts nothing, a read counts nothing, and a retry with the same idempotency key counts once rather than twice.

Working it out

An agency running one workspace per client on Solo pays $29 for the first and $10 for each one after it, so eleven clients is $129 a month. A platform with fifteen tenants computes the same way: $169 on Solo, $219 on Team. Limits apply to each workspace on its own rather than being shared out, and one sign-in reaches all of them.

People

Counted per workspace, like every other plan limit, and the count includes invitations you have sent that nobody has accepted yet. Free and Solo include one person, which is what makes them solo plans; Team and Scale are where a second person belongs.

Your own objects

Companies, contacts, opportunities, interactions and tasks are built in and mean the same thing in every Indraft workspace. If your business turns on something else, a Candidate, a Property, a Campaign, you define it and it gets the same history, attribution, and undo. What it does not get is our pipeline maths or duplicate detection, because those rest on what a company and a deal are.

Retention

The window is measured from when a record LANDED in Indraft, not from when the thing it describes happened. A call from March that your agent writes up in August is kept for the full window from August, so backfilling a year of history does not delete most of it on arrival.

Not agents

Connect as many agents and clients as you want, on any plan. What they do is metered; how many of them there are is not.

Not AI usage

Indraft makes no model calls, so there is no inference to meter and no token markup. You pay your model provider directly.

Loading your data

Seven days at the top plan's limits, so the first load finishes

Every new workspace starts on Scale limits for a week. Your agent can configure the pipeline, add the fields it needs, and populate months of customer history without meeting a number. No card, and nothing stops mid-build to ask you to upgrade.

When the week ends you fall back to the plan you are on. If that leaves you above its limits, new writes are refused and nothing else changes: everything stays readable, correctable, and exportable, and archiving what you are not working brings you back under without deleting a thing. An expired trial cannot cost you data.

A free workspace nobody returns to

If a free workspace goes six months with nobody signing in and no agent writing to it, we email the owner, more than once, and then schedule it for deletion with a week to change your mind. Signing in cancels it. A workspace on a paid plan is never deleted for sitting idle, however long it sits.

What Unlimited sits under

Unlimited means we do not delete it on a schedule, not that a workspace holds infinity. One workspace is one database with a ceiling of 9.0 GB, which measures out to roughly 3,500,000 companies and 10,000,000 records including all their activity and their complete change history. We tell you at 80 percent. At the ceiling new writes are refused and everything you hold stays readable, exportable, and deletable. If you need more than one database's worth, that is several workspaces on one bill, which the product already does.

Every feature, on every plan

Merge, revert, the full history of who changed what, bulk writes, agent connections, and exporting everything you hold are all there on the free plan. Paid plans raise the numbers, never unlock the features.
